It uses a laser to cut materials, which is a non-contact processing method that does not touch the material surface, preventing scratches or deformation. It does not require any tools or other consumables, resulting in extremely low operating costs. You can use it to cut and engrave various non-metallic materials such as wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, leather, cardboard, etc., for creating crafts, souvenirs, advertising figures, wooden puzzles, architectural models, packaging boxes, and more.

This CO2 laser cutting machine features a brand-new enclosed appearance redesigned by the CATEKCNC design team. It is equipped with a hydraulic flip-up protective hood that can be closed during processing to block dust or smoke generated during operation. The hood is not completely sealed, leaving gaps of a certain height at the front and rear. This through-type design allows the machine to accommodate materials longer than the machine itself. The hood has a large acrylic transparent viewing window, allowing you to monitor the processing progress at any time. The machine comes with a 1300*900mm adjustable honeycomb worktable, and you can also opt for an aluminum alloy slat worktable to meet diverse processing needs. The XY axes of this CO2 laser cutting machine also feature a fully enclosed design: the X-axis is equipped with an integrated sheet metal protective shell, while the Y-axis uses a telescopic protective cover to effectively prevent dust or smoke from contaminating the transmission system during processing, thereby extending the machine's service life. Additionally, we have equipped the machine with user-friendly feet and wheels, allowing you to easily move it to any location using the wheels and secure it with the feet.

The laser head is equipped with a red light indicator and auto-focus functionality. When processing materials of different thicknesses, the laser head can be automatically adjusted using the auto-focus feature, or the worktable can be manually adjusted to achieve the optimal working focal length.

For the laser tube, we use a sealed CO2 laser tube. You can choose a laser tube with the specified power and brand according to your requirements. To ensure the laser tube performs optimally, we have equipped it with a high-performance Teyu S&A water chiller. The water chiller maintains the circulating water at a constant temperature, ensuring the machine operates normally 24/7, whether in cold or hot environments.

The machine's control system is the Ruida RDC6442S four-axis CO2 laser-specific control system, which supports multiple languages and can be expanded with a fourth rotary axis. You can transfer files online via a computer or use a USB flash drive for offline file transfer. It is highly powerful, and the computer control software paired with the system is RDWORKS, which supports various vector and bitmap files, including JPG, BMP, DXF, PLT, and AI. The system supports not only cutting but also engraving on non-metallic materials, saving processing time and reducing production costs.
