We have been using this 4-head CNC router in our workshop in Peru for quite a while. It has been a good machine for the type of woodworking jobs we do, especially when we need to make several similar pieces. The four spindles save us quite a bit of time compared with doing everything one by one. Recently we contacted CATEK again because we needed some parts for the machine. They helped us confirm the parts we needed and arrange the order. It is good to see that they still provide support after the machine has been in use for some time. So far, we are happy with both the machine and the service.

La compramos porque necesitábamos cortar lámina y tubo y no queríamos tener dos máquinas diferentes. Hasta ahora nos ha funcionado bastante bien. Trabajamos sobre todo con acero al carbono y acero inoxidable, y hemos usado la máquina tanto para lámina como para diferentes tipos de tubo.

Lo que más nos ha servido es poder hacer los dos trabajos con el mismo equipo. Antes teníamos que organizar el trabajo dependiendo de qué máquina estaba disponible, y ahora es mucho más sencillo. Los cortes han salido bien y la máquina ha sido bastante estable. Al principio nos tomó un poco de tiempo acostumbrarnos a los parámetros y a la parte de corte de tubo, pero después de unos días los operadores ya la manejaban sin problema.

Para el trabajo que hacemos en el taller, tener corte de lámina y tubo en una sola máquina nos está resultando bastante práctico.

We’ve had the 4020 fiber laser cutting machine running in the workshop for a while now. We bought it mainly because the old setup was getting a bit slow for the amount of sheet work we were doing. The two tables are probably the most useful part for us. We can get the next sheet loaded while the other one is cutting, which saves a fair bit of messing about during a busy day.

We’ve mainly been cutting mild steel and stainless so far. The cuts have been good and, more importantly, it’s been fairly consistent from job to job. The machine is obviously a big bit of kit, so getting it into the workshop and getting everything set up took some planning, but once it was up and running it was pretty straightforward for the lads to use.

We’ve had a few questions during the setup and CATEKCNC have been responsive when we’ve needed help. Overall, it’s doing what we bought it for and has made the day-to-day cutting work a lot less of a bottleneck.

We have been using this fiber laser cutter for our sheet metal work and overall we are very satisfied with it. The shuttle table is probably the feature we use the most because we can load the next sheet while the machine is still cutting. This saves quite a bit of time during the day. The enclosed design is also a big plus for our workshop since there is much less smoke and sparks around the working area. We mainly work with carbon steel and stainless steel, and the cuts have been clean and consistent. The CATEKCNC team also helped us during installation and with the initial settings, which made things much easier. For our production, it has been a good upgrade and we are happy with the choice.

The laser cutter arrived and we installed it recently. Everything went pretty smoothly. We mainly bought it for steel and stainless steel sheet cutting. The pull-out table is useful because we can load the material from the front without too much trouble. We had a few questions when setting up the machine, and the guys from CATEKCNC helped us. We haven't used it enough yet to say too much, but the machine is running well so far. Looking forward to getting it into our normal production.

The CNC router machine has arrived and we have just finished the installation in our workshop in Ecuador. We haven’t started regular production yet, but the machine looks very solid and well built. We chose this model mainly because of the automatic tool changer and rotary axis, as we want to use it for different woodworking projects and furniture parts. The installation process went smoothly, and the CATEKCNC team has been helping us with the setup and answering our questions. So far, everything looks good and we are looking forward to starting production and testing the machine with our actual projects.

We’ve been using the Spire 1325 with flood cooling for aluminum work, and so far it has been working really well for us. One thing we’ve found useful is using alcohol as the lubricant when cutting aluminum. It keeps the cutting area cleaner and helps with chip evacuation, especially when we’re running smaller tools and doing finer work. We’ve seen similar setups on higher-end machines, so it was something we wanted to try on our own CNC as well. The flood cooling setup on this machine makes it much easier to manage the cutting process, and the machine itself feels solid and stable during aluminum jobs. We’re still trying different tools, feeds and speeds to find the best combination, but overall we’re very happy with how the machine handles aluminum.

The Mini 6090 CNC router machine has arrived in India. The machine was well-packaged and arrived in good condition. All accessories, cables, and tools were included in the package. I had some concerns about purchasing a CNC machine from overseas, but the whole process went very smoothly. The machine's size is perfect for our studio; it doesn't take up too much space, yet it feels very sturdy and durable. We are currently setting it up and learning how to operate it, and the CATEKCNC team has been very helpful during the installation process. Although we haven't had enough time for extensive machining yet, the first impression is excellent, and I look forward to it bringing more convenience to our work.

We are using this fiber laser cutting machine in our workshop in Romania mainly for steel frames, doors, panels and other metal parts. The parts in the photos are some of the work we have been making with it. Before buying the laser, we had to do a lot of cutting by hand and use different machines for different jobs, so it was quite slow when we had many parts to prepare. Now we can cut the plates and profiles much more easily on one machine. The cuts are clean and the dimensions are good, which is important for us because most of these parts need to fit together later during welding and assembly. We also like that we can cut different tube and profile shapes instead of only flat sheets. It took us a little time to get used to the machine and the settings, but the CATEKCNC technicians helped us during installation and answered our questions when we started using it. So far, we are happy with the machine. It has made our daily work much easier, especially for custom metal structures where we often have different sizes and shapes to cut.

The 1325 CNC router has arrived safely in the UK. The machine was very well protected for shipping, and everything arrived in good condition. Even before unpacking it fully, you can see that the frame and overall construction are very solid and heavy-duty.

We chose the Spire 1325 mainly because we wanted something more robust than the smaller CNC routers we had looked at. The machine looks well made and the components seem to be of good quality.

We are now getting everything unpacked and prepared for installation. The CATEKCNC team has also been helpful with the setup and technical questions so far, which is important for us as this is our first machine from them.

Looking forward to getting it installed and starting our first jobs. So far, we are very pleased with the purchase and the service from CATEKCNC.

Just got the fiber laser cutting machine installed in our shop, so we haven't really put it into full production yet. First impression is good. The machine looks solid and everything arrived as expected.

The installation went pretty smoothly. We had a few questions during the setup, especially with the electrical connection and machine settings, but the CATEKCNC technical team was easy to reach and helped us get things sorted out. They also guided us through the software and basic operation, which was helpful for our operator.

We bought this machine mainly for cutting metal tubes in batches, so we're looking forward to getting some real production work through it. We haven't run enough jobs yet to give a review on long-term performance, but so far the installation and technical support have been a good experience.Hopefully we'll be putting it to work regularly very soon.
