Ειλικρινά αγοράσαμε αυτή τη μηχανή συγκόλλησης ακμών γιατί η παλιά μας δημιουργούσε συνεχώς προβλήματα. Αυτή λειτουργεί καλύτερα από το αναμενόμενο. Χρησιμοποιούμε κυρίως PVC ακμές για ντουλάπια κουζίνας. Την πρώτη εβδομάδα σταματήσαμε μερικές φορές για να ρυθμίσουμε τις παραμέτρους, μετά όμως άρχισε να λειτουργεί κανονικά. Τώρα είναι μέρος της καθημερινής μας παραγωγής. Καλύπτει όλη τη διαδικασία σε ένα πέρασμα, οπότε δεν χρειάζεται να μετακινούμε τα πάνελ ανάμεσα σε διαφορετικά μηχανήματα. Αυτό έκανε τη ροή εργασίας μας πολύ πιο ομαλή.

We’re using the this ATC CNC router for cabinet cutting work. It handles full sheets well and the swing head is useful for some angled cutting jobs we do. Overall the machine runs steady in daily production. Setup took some time at the beginning, but after adjustments it’s been working fine. It fits what we need for our workshop.

The software operates without errors for the files we handle.

A gente está usando a CNC 1325 para cortar compensado na nossa marcenaria. Não é uma máquina complicada, mas resolve bem o trabalho do dia a dia. Fazemos bastante corte de chapas para móveis e ela aguenta o ritmo. No começo tivemos que ajustar algumas configurações, depois ficou tudo ok. Até agora está funcionando de forma estável.

I’ll be honest, I’ve been using a basic router for years, and I was pretty skeptical about whether an ATC machine was really worth the extra space and money for my shop here in Bulgaria. The biggest thing for me isn’t even the cutting speed; it’s the fact that I don’t have to stand there and swap tools every 20 minutes anymore. You know how it is, you change the bit, re-zero everything, hope you didn't make a mistake... it gets old fast. With this thing, I just set the sequence and go back to my desk to work on the next project. It’s actually made my shop feel much quieter, and I’m definitely less tired by the end of the day.

We bought the 3-in-1 water-cooled laser welding machine mainly for stainless steel railings, sheet metal fabrication, and occasional repair work.The welding speed is noticeably faster than our old TIG setup, especially on stainless steel. What surprised me most was how clean the welds looked. For many jobs, we spend much less time grinding and finishing afterward.We've also used the cleaning function to remove rust and surface contamination on metal parts before welding. It's not something we use every day, but it's useful when needed.

I'm not an expert in CNC software, so I was a little worried about getting everything connected properly. The manual helped a lot, and when I had a few questions about the software settings, their team replied quickly and pointed me in the right direction. After installation, we ran a few test jobs on MDF and plywood, and the machine was cutting accurately from the start. The automatic tool changing works well and saves a lot of time compared to our previous machine.
