Through this video, you can learn more information about this multi-functional CK-1530-7T CNC wood lathe: The CK-1530-7T is a high-performance CNC wood lathe specially designed for processing wooden furniture, table legs, chair legs, sofa legs, bed legs, wooden stair handrails, Roman columns, etc. The entire machine bed is made of 30mm thickened cast iron, with the machine weight reaching 2300kg. This heavy-duty machine bed is very beneficial for turning operations with large cutting volumes, and can avoid the impact of vibration during processing on machining results.
The machine's drive components adopt four 30mm HIWIN (Taiwan) linear guides and linear bearings. The drive motor uses a 1500W high-torque servo motor, and the Z-axis adopts a Shimpo (Japan) planetary reducer. This machine can achieve a rapid traverse speed of 60000mm/min and a machining accuracy of 0.05mm.
It is also equipped with four spindles, three of which are 6KW high-speed air-cooled spindles with a speed of 18000rpm, capable of accommodating tool shanks within 20mm, and allowing free installation of various tools. The two side spindles can adjust angles and can be used for drilling angled holes and grooving, expanding the machine's overall functionality. The fourth spindle adopts a 7.5KW high-torque air-cooled spindle specially designed for planer knives, and the length and diameter of the planer knives can be customized according to your needs.
We have also equipped two tool mounting positions, with tool switching controlled by cylinders. You can use various tools according to processing requirements. In addition, there is a grinding wheel driven by a 1100W servo rotary motor, with adjustable speed of 6000rpm, and the sandpaper can also be replaced as needed. Of course, we also provide other grinding methods for you to choose from, such as sanding sticks, sanding belts, etc.
There is also the four-link heavy-duty automatic feeding device we have equipped for you. You can freely adjust it according to the size of your raw materials, making it very flexible and convenient to use.
Furthermore, the CK-1530-7T lathe adopts our self-developed CK1000TC CNC system. This system is very powerful, with built-in macro programs that can automatically convert 2D files in DXF/DBF and other formats into G-code, without the need for complex G-code conversion processes, making operation very simple.
