This video presents a fully automated CNC wood router. Integrating multiple practical functions, it enables end-to-end automated processing of wood-based panels.

  1. Loading Stage:

    The machine is equipped with a lifting hydraulic loading platform that supports stacking multiple panels. The platform automatically adjusts its height according to the total panel thickness to ensure precise alignment with the worktable. A loading suction cup then picks up the top panel, drags it onto loading rollers, and further conveys it to the worktable, completing the fully automated loading process.

  2. Labeling Stage:

    An automatic labeling machine mounted on the gantry prints labels in real time and accurately applies them to predefined positions on the panel, facilitating identification and full traceability.

  3. Positioning Stage:

    Positioning cylinders around the worktable extend simultaneously, while a pushing cylinder on the gantry advances the panel until it firmly contacts the positioning cylinders, achieving precise automated alignment.

  4. Machining Stage:

    The CNC router features a linear tool magazine and an ATC spindle, enabling automatic tool changes as needed during machining. After each tool change, an automatic tool setter immediately measures the tool length and generates corresponding compensation data—all without manual intervention.

  5. Unloading Stage:

    Finished panels are pushed out of the machining area by a cylinder on the gantry and transferred to an unloading conveyor. The conveyor automatically transports panels to the next production stage or a stacking station, ensuring continuous workflow.

This CNC wood router integrates loading, labeling, positioning, machining, tool changing, and unloading into a seamless process, requiring virtually no manual operation. Operators only need to place raw panels and collect finished products, significantly reducing labor intensity and manpower costs while dramatically improving production efficiency.
