  • The wood panel positioning system adopts a 4+2 layout: 2 positioning cylinders are configured along the X-axis, and 4 positioning cylinders along the Y-axis, forming an overall L-shaped distribution. After the plate is loaded, the cylinders rise, and plate positioning can be completed simply by abutting the plate against the edges of the cylinders. This function ensures that the edge of large-size plates is accurately aligned with the machining zero point after loading, effectively avoiding positioning errors.
  • Controlled by the CNC system, the positioning cylinders feature fast response speed, with lifting actions completed within 0.5 seconds, increasing feeding efficiency by more than 50%.
  • The system system establishes a unified machining coordinate datum by the positioning cylinders. When performing double-sided processing of plates, the cylinders can assist in repositioning the plate to the exact position of the first side after flipping, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm. This function effectively avoids dimensional deviations, hole misalignment, edge irregularities and other issues that may occur after plate flipping, ensuring the perpendicularity and coaxiality of double-sided processing.
  • Equipped with 8 rows (24 in total) of auxiliary loading rollers at the rear of the worktable, the loading rollers can easily bear large-sized and heavy plates. There is no need for two workers to lift the plates—a single operator can place the plate on the loading rollers and smoothly push or pull it into the machining area.
  • The loading rollers are made of high-wear-resistance nylon and polyurethane materials, and smooth rolling. They can effectively prevent scratches on the back of scratch-prone materials such as plates and acrylic sheets. With a height slightly higher than the worktable surface, the rollers also avoid scraping between the plate and the tabletop during conveying.
