Fully Automatic CNC Router for Making MDF Furniture

This video displays multiple core functions of the CK-1328TA-DLS CNC wood router machine, including automatic labeling, automatic loading/unloading, panel cutting, Lamello connector groove machining, and panel drilling. This machine is a multi-functional high-end CNC engraving machine for panel furniture manufacturing. Next, we will detail how it performs fully automated processing on MDF panels.

Designed primarily for panel furniture production, this CNC wood router comes standard with an automatic labeling machine to address common labeling needs in panel furniture processing. The labeling machine can automatically print labels and press them onto designated positions on the panel. More importantly, it seamlessly integrates with the machine’s automatic loading platform. The machine features a lift-type loading platform that can hold multiple panels. Equipped with sensors, it automatically detects panel height and adjusts its position accordingly, facilitating labeling or transfer to the worktable. After labeling, vacuum suction cups drag the panel onto the worktable—a spacious 1300×2800mm (W×L) surface equipped with positioning cylinders. Once the panel is transferred, the positioning cylinders extend, and a pusher cylinder moves the panel against them for automatic positioning. The worktable includes vacuum adsorption and pneumatic pressure rollers for rapid panel fixation.

Once the panel is secured, processing begins. The machine is equipped with a 9KW air-cooled spindle that can mount various tools. This spindle, paired with a linear tool magazine beneath the gantry, enables automatic tool changes during machining. Additionally, for common joint hole and groove processing in panel furniture, the machine is also equipped with a 5+4 pneumatic drilling unit for boring holes and a special four-axis saw blade for processing the grooves of the Lamino connector installation.

After processing, the machine’s pusher cylinder transfers the panel from the worktable to the unloading platform—a conveyor-equipped surface that transports the panel to the next production line.

This machine is exceptionally suited for processing various panel furniture products, such as cabinets, wardrobes, bedside tables, tables, chairs, doors, and windows. Labeling, loading, processing, unloading, the whole process is fully automatic, which can greatly save labor costs.
