The CK-1510-2A is a CNC wood lathe specifically designed for cue machining. It is equipped with two machining stations, allowing simultaneous processing of two identical products, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency during batch production.
The lathe also features an automatic loading and unloading system. Due to the need to feed materials to both stations simultaneously, this system has undergone significant structural changes compared to the CK-1510-A. It also adopts a multi-cylinder design, but with more cylinders than a standard feeding device, and the feeding method has been modified to bottom feeding.
Before machining begins, the locking mechanism of the dual-column storage hopper will release, allowing the blanks to drop into the feeding device below. The feeding device then moves forward, positions itself below the lathe center, then ascends to deliver the blanks to the designated position at the lathe center. Simultaneously, the lathe center clamps and rotates the blanks pneumatically. Once loading is complete, the feeding device retraces its path back beneath the storage hopper, awaiting the next machining cycle. After machining, the lathe center releases the finished product, and the unloading cylinder extends to assist in ejecting it. The finished product then drops into the receiving chute below and eventually slides out through the front exit of the lathe.
