Enclosed Fiber Laser Sheet and Tube Cutting Machine with Shuttle Table

This video showcases the CATEKCNC enclosed fiber laser sheet and tube integrated cutting machine. The machine is equipped with a flat worktable for sheet cutting. On the side, a tube clamping system is installed, and the gantry has been extended to move over the clamping device, allowing for cutting of various metal tubes and structural sections.

The laser cutter features a fully-enclosed design that effectively isolates laser radiation and cutting fumes, creating a safer and cleaner working environment. Multiple observation windows and a monitoring system enable operators to stay informed of the machine's status in real time. To facilitate easy loading and unloading despite the enclosed design, the machine is equipped with a shuttle table system. While one worktable is in operation inside the cutting zone, the other can be moved outside for convenient material handling — freeing the loading process from the constraints of the machine enclosure and offering significant advantages in batch production.
