The TDS23-F is a dual-chuck, side-mounted fiber laser tube cutting machine equipped with an automatic loading system. It supports automatic tube loading, centering, and cutting, streamlining the entire tube processing workflow.
The machine can process tubes up to 6,300 mm in length and comes standard with a 230 mm chuck, supporting tube diameters from Φ15 to 230 mm. 120 mm and 350 mm chucks are also available as optional configurations. With forward-moving front chuck technology, the machine can achieve a minimum remnant length of just 70 mm, helping improve material utilization and reduce waste.
The TDS23-F offers excellent value for money while maintaining a high-quality configuration. Standard components include an Inovance servo system, KOFON reducer, and BOCHU BLT Series laser cutting head, providing reliable performance for efficient tube cutting.
