Several months ago, one of our American customers purchased a fully enclosed 4-in-1 CNC wood lathe from CATEKCNC. Although they had some experience with CNC machines, this was their first time working with a CNC wood lathe. During use, they encountered a series of challenges, including issues with machine coordinate settings, tool configuration, installation and programming of milling, planing, and sanding tools, as well as technical difficulties like imperial unit conversions and post-processing.
The customer has now contacted our technical team. Will they be able to resolve these issues with our assistance and ultimately produce their ideal woodworking projects?
