Carousel ATC CNC Wood Router for Cutting and Drilling of MDF Boards

The CK-1325-A is an ATC CNC wood router equipped with a carousel magazine that holds up to 12 tools. Compared to linear magazine, the carousel magazine features a compact design that can be mounted on the machine's side, enabling fast tool changes without reducing the maximum working height.

This machine comes standard with a vacuum worktable for rapid workpiece fixing. Its 6-zone, 24-hole design ensures energy-efficient operation when processing different-sized panels. Additionally, it includes an automatic tool setter—after a tool change, the spindle automatically moves to the setter to measure tool length and apply coordinate compensation.

Powered by a 9KW HQD ATC air-cooled spindle, this router is ideal for various panel processing applications, including cutting, drilling, and grooving, making it particularly suitable for nested-based manufacturing of panel furniture such as cabinets, doors, and office desks.
