Carousel ATC CNC Wood Router With Automatic Loading and Unloading

The CK-1325-AT is a carousel ATC CNC wood carving machine equipped with a loading and unloading platform, enabling fully automated sheet material processing.

The loading device consists of a lifting loading platform, material transport suction cups, feed rollers, and positioning cylinders. The lifting loading platform is hydraulically operated and can stack multiple sheets of material. It is equipped with sensors that automatically adjust the platform's height based on the total thickness of the stacked sheets, ensuring it remains level with the machine's worktable. When processing begins, the material transport suction cups pick up a sheet from the loading platform and move it horizontally onto the feed rollers. The feed rollers are equipped with multiple wheels, effectively reducing static friction during sheet movement, making dragging easier and preventing damage to the material. The transport suction cups continue moving, eventually positioning the sheet approximately on the worktable. The positioning cylinders at the machine's rear and side then push the sheet into place, assisted by the lifting alignment cylinders on the tabletop, precisely positioning the sheet without manual intervention. At this point, the loading operation is complete.

The unloading device consists of a pushing mechanism and a conveyor-style unloading platform. After the sheet is processed, the gantry moves to the machine's rear end, and the pushing mechanism mounted beneath the gantry descends. As the gantry moves forward, the pushing mechanism drives the sheet forward onto the unloading platform. The unloading platform is equipped with a conveyor belt, which can directly transport the sheet to other production lines or stop after unloading is complete.
