The CK-1325-T is a standard-sized ATC CNC router equipped with a linear tool changer. It features a 6-zone, 24-hole vacuum worktable for fast and secure fixing of wooden boards. The linear magazine is mounted under the gantry, moving along with it, allowing the spindle to change tools with minimal travel distance. This design is simple, easy to maintain, and more cost-effective compared to carousel tool changers, offering excellent value for money.

The machine's transmission system is powered by three 1.5KW servo motors, paired with 30mm HIWIN linear guides and flange sliders, ensuring fast, smooth, and quiet operation. The spindle is a 9KW HQD air-cooled spindle, making it ideal for high-power machining tasks.

This machine is primarily designed for manufacturing panel furniture such as cabinets and door panels. It can efficiently perform operations like cutting, grooving, and engraving on wooden boards along pre-programmed paths. Due to the high nesting precision required for such processing, this type of machine is also referred to as a CNC nesting machine.
