The CK-1325-TDS is a multi-purpose CNC wood router equipped with a linear tool magazine and a 9KW air-cooled ATC spindle, enabling automatic tool changes during machining. The machine also features a 5+4 pneumatic drilling bank, with its nine drill bit mounting positions arranged in an L-shaped configuration at the bottom. This allows for the installation of different types of drill bits, which can be pneumatically switched during processing to perform various drilling operations. Additionally, the machine is fitted with a rotary fourth axis on the side, which can clamp workpieces for indexed rotation, enabling 3D carving.
The combination of the linear tool magazine, ATC spindle, vacuum worktable, and 5+4 pneumatic drilling bank makes this machine particularly suitable for processing various types of panel furniture, such as wardrobes, dressers, TV cabinets, filing cabinets, office desks, dining tables, and coffee tables. It can complete cutting, milling, engraving, and drilling in a single operation. The addition of the rotary fourth axis allows for the machining of cylindrical furniture components and architectural elements, such as table/chair legs, sofa legs, and stair balusters.
By integrating two functions into a single machine, it helps reduce procurement costs and floor space, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for furniture manufacturing.
