This CNC router is equipped with a flood cooling system, allowing it to go beyond woodworking and process a wide range of materials, including stone, metal, plastics, composites, and more.

The machine features a T-slot worktable, allowing a variety of workpieces to be securely and flexibly clamped with mechanical fixtures. The flood cooling system effectively cools both the workpiece and cutting tool when machining hard materials. Its recirculating water tank features a dual-stage filtration system to help prevent machining debris from entering the cooling circuit.

The machine also features a special spindle developed in-house by CATEKCNC—a 5.5 kW constant-power water-cooled spindle with a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm. Its water-cooled design provides efficient heat dissipation even under high loads or during extended periods of continuous operation.
