A Small 2-Station CNC Wood Lathe With Sanding Wheel and Automatic Feeding

This is a small 2-station CNC wood lathe capable of simultaneously processing two workpieces with maximum dimensions of 800 mm * 100 mm (length * diameter). The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding system. After the operator loads the blanks into the material bin, the multi-cylinder linkage feeding mechanism automatically transports the blanks to the lathe center. The lathe center then clamps the blanks automatically and begins machining. Once the turning process is complete, the built-in sanding device automatically polishes the finished product. After sanding, the lathe center releases the finished product, while an auxiliary ejection cylinder pushes it downward to prevent jamming.

Although classified as a small CNC wood lathe, its integrated automatic loading/unloading system and sanding device maximize process automation. The 2-station design significantly improves efficiency during batch production, making it suitable for woodworking shops or personal studios with space constraints or limited budgets. It can be used to process various small-sized items such as stair balusters, stair handrails, baseball bats, table legs, and more.
