CNC Pool Cue Lathe with Automatic Feeding - CK-1510-A

The CK-1510-A is a fully automatic CNC taper milling lathe for pool cues equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system composed of multiple pneumatic cylinders.

The feeding device is located below the material storage hopper, which is filled with multiple blanks. The blanks descend by gravity into the feeding device. When machining begins, the feeding cylinder extends the feeding device forward, precisely delivers the blank to the designated position at the lathe center, and then retracts. Simultaneously, the bottommost blank in the storage bin continues to drop into the feeding device, preparing for the next processing cycle. Once the blank is delivered to position, the lathe center automatically clamps the material and begins rotation for machining. After machining is completed, the lathe center releases the blank, while the unloading cylinder rapidly extends to assist in ejecting the finished product, completing the unloading process.

This system features ingenious design and simple maintenance, enabling fully automated product processing (though minor adjustments to cylinder parameters are required for blanks of different sizes before machining). It eliminates the need for manual loading and the lengthy waiting time during processing, thereby freeing up labor, improving loading speed, centering accuracy, and product consistency.
