This machine is a fully automated CNC wood lathe. Based on the standard CK-1530 model, it incorporates an automatic loading/unloading system that enables complete automation of the entire machining process. During batch processing, this significantly enhances production efficiency while reducing labor requirements.

Regarding machining capabilities, the machine features a dual-tool design with two turning tools positioned at opposite ends of the workpiece. These tools can be independently programmed and controlled for flexible operation. Common application scenarios for these two tools include:

1. Installing identical tools: For operations requiring substantial material removal, identical tools can be mounted and fed simultaneously, effectively doubling the cutting capacity and consequently achieving twice the machining efficiency. This symmetrical feeding approach balances the cutting forces on the workpiece while increasing material removal, minimizing workpiece deformation, bending, or vibration.
2. Installing different tools: A typical configuration involves mounting one roughing tool and one finishing tool. The roughing and finishing tools can be independently controlled for depth of cut while feeding simultaneously, enabling single-pass complete shaping of the workpiece and saving processing time.
3. Using a single tool: When only finishing operations are required, one tool can be deactivated, operating with just a single cutting tool.
