Cheap Auto Feed CNC Wood Lathe – CK-1530-A

This is a CNC wood lathe equipped with an automatic feeding system, which reduces one cutting tool compared to the standard CK-1530 model while adding the more essential automatic feeding system.

The automatic feeding system consists of multiple cylinders that work in coordination to achieve automatic blank feeding and finished product unloading. Before processing, the operator needs to adjust the feeding system parameters according to the wood dimensions, then fill the hopper with wood blanks. The bottommost blank will drop onto the feeding device due to gravity.

Once processing begins, the feeding cylinder extends forward, pushing the blank on the feeding device to the lathe center. The control system then commands the lathe center to clamp the workpiece and start machining. Simultaneously, the feeding device retracts, and the next blank in the hopper drops onto the feeding device, ready for the next cycle.

After machining, the lathe center releases the workpiece, which falls onto the receiving slide below due to gravity. Meanwhile, the unloading device (a cylinder-controlled tubular extension) rapidly extends toward the workpiece to assist its detachment from the lathe center and preventing jamming.

This automatic loading/unloading system features a simple structure, clever design, and easy maintenance while offering exceptional practicality. It is particularly suitable for batch processing in woodworking factories—workers only need to replenish the hopper with blanks, filling the last gap in automated machining.
