Introduction to ATC CNC Wood Lathe
The ATC CNC Wood Lathe is a CNC lathe equipped with an automatic tool change system. This system consists of a 9KW air-cooled ATC spindle, a 6-position linear tool magazine, an automatic tool setter, and an LNC control system. Prior to machining, all tools in the magazine must be coded. During processing, when a tool change is required, the control system automatically directs the ATC spindle to the tool magazine to remove the current tool and install a new one - all without manual intervention, making it ideal for applications requiring multiple tool types.
Additionally, the ATC CNC wood lathe can be expanded with other functions such as turning tools, planing tools (independent large planers, not mounted on multi-function spindles), and sanding devices, covering nearly all machining requirements.
