The CK-1530 is a basic CNC wood lathe equipped with two symmetrical cutting tools that can simultaneously turn the workpiece.
It can process wood materials up to 1500*300 (length*diameter) in size, meeting most machining size requirements.
The gray cast iron bed has undergone stress-relief treatment, effectively ensuring machining stability.
It comes standard with a large-diameter center guard sleeve, which can provide support and reduce wood vibration when machining slender workpieces (only the guard sleeve bracket is shown in the video, without the actual sleeve installed).
Equipped with symmetrical cutting tools, different tools can be installed separately and controlled independently. Both tools can feed simultaneously, effectively increasing turning volume.
This machine can be used for turning medium-hardness materials such as wood and acrylic, machining various surfaces-of-revolutions, including cylindrical, conical, spherical, and waistline shapes. It is mainly used for producing items like stair newels, Roman columns, table and chair legs, etc.
