Fiber Laser Sheet & Tube Integrated Cutting Machine

This is a 5x10 feet fiber laser sheet-and-tube integrated cutting machine. The machine adds a tube cutting device to the side of an ordinary fiber laser cutting machine, giving it the ability to cut both metal sheets and metal tubes simultaneously, achieving multi-purpose use of a single machine while saving floor space and procurement costs.

For sheet cutting, the machine is equipped with a large-format 5x10 feet (about 1.5x2.5m) worktable featuring tooth-type slats. The gantry is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, ensuring fast operation speed and low inertia. The machine can cut various metal sheets, including carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, and galvanized steel plates.

For tube cutting, the machine is fitted with a large tube cutting device on the side, which uses a self-centering spring chuck to clamp and rotate the workpiece, with a rear chuck assisting in clamping. It also includes floating supports to hold the middle section of the tube, preventing deformation due to sagging. It can clamp tubes of various shapes, including square tubes, round tubes, rectangular tubes, D-shaped tubes, and hexagonal tubes.
