  • The main body of the bed frame is made of 6mm thick steel tubing, precisely welded by full penetration welding with uniform and firm welds.   • The vacuum worktable has 15 zones and 25 holes, covered with rigid PVC sheets with strong load-bearing capacity, providing stable, even and strong adsorption for various panels to ensure no displacement during machining.
  • Specified zones can be activated according to panel size, shape and fixing position, concentrating negative pressure and enhancing adsorption force, flexibly adapting to large, small or special-shaped panels.
  • The worktable is equipped with 25 standard adsorption holes with reasonable layout and balanced force distribution. No manual clamping or fixtures are needed; panels can be fixed quickly with one click after loading, greatly shortening clamping time, improving efficiency and avoiding surface indentations.
  • The 15 vacuum zones are controlled by 6 switches using high-quality pure copper ball valves, which offer excellent sealing, smooth operation, rust resistance and long service life. Users can flexibly turn on or off the corresponding zones according to the actual panel size, avoiding wasted suction and making the holding force more concentrated.
  • A clear and intuitive vacuum gauge is installed beside the zone switches to display the real-time working negative pressure value. Operators can directly monitor the suction strength without extra tools, ensuring the adsorption force meets machining requirements.
  • A zone diagram is pasted next to the switches, clearly marking which zones each switch controls. This allows quick reference for operators, greatly simplifying operation and reducing the learning curve.
  • The machine comes with 6 vacuum riser suction cups to elevate panels and provide clearance for side machining. They can be quickly installed by placing them into the corresponding vacuum holes and removed directly without tools.
  • After installation, panels are firmly held by vacuum pressure. The elevated height allows the angle head to extend below the panel edge for side slots, lock holes, and hinge slots without hitting the worktable, protecting the machine.
  • Working with the vacuum system, the riser cups ensure stable, non-shifting fixation during side machining, greatly improving accuracy.
  • The CNC router is equipped with a panel positioning system consisting of positioning cylinders, which can quickly align panels to the desired machining position without manual adjustment. It saves labor and greatly improves finished product precision. For panels requiring symmetric machining on both sides, the system ensures consistent coordinate positioning, significantly improving quality while avoiding tedious manual measurement and repeated alignment.
  • 7 positioning cylinders are arranged in a 4+3 layout at the edge of the worktable. After the cylinders rise, the loading device pushes the panel against them to complete positioning rapidly. This layout fits all kinds of large panels up to 2100×3000mm, with fast and accurate positioning.
  • 4 extra independently controlled positioning cylinders are added in the middle of the worktable. When machining standard or small-sized panels, all 11 cylinders (7 outer + 4 middle) can be raised to work together, further enhancing positioning stability and applicability for small panels.
  • The rear of the machine bed is equipped with 30 auxiliary loading rollers (3 rows × 10 columns) with even distribution and stable load-bearing capacity. During loading, panels can be easily pushed forward on the rollers.
  • The rollers are made of nylon with moderate damping and smooth rolling, preventing damage to the panel surface. They provide multi-point uniform support for large and heavy panels, making loading easier and avoiding friction damage against the worktable.
  • Two rubber‑coated loading rollers are installed on the side of the worktable for side loading. The rubber coating increases friction while protecting panels from scratches.
  • This device is used to push finished panels out of the worktable. Mounted on the gantry, it is lifted and lowered by a pneumatic cylinder. After machining is completed, the control system automatically commands the cylinder to lower the device to the panel level, and the gantry then moves to push the panel out of the machining area.
  • The device can cooperate with a conveyor unloading table to realize automatic unloading. Panels are pushed onto the unloading platform, which conveys them to the downstream production line, forming a complete production flow.
  • Connected to the dust extraction system, the pusher activates automatic dust collection during movement. It performs secondary cleaning on the worktable, thoroughly removing residual wood chips, dust and debris to keep the table clean for the next production cycle.
  • The rear of the machine is equipped with a high‑quality external switch set including a start button and an emergency stop button. Both switches are Schneider brand, featuring long service life, high reliability, dust resistance and strong anti-interference ability, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
  • The rear switches have exactly the same functions as the main control panel. Operators can flexibly choose the control position according to their working location. After finishing loading, positioning and clamping at the rear, they can start machining immediately without walking back to the main panel, effectively reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.
  • The switch set is installed on the side of the rear bed, protected by an overhanging worktable above and dust baffles below. The switches are recessed to form an effective protective structure, preventing accidental activation of start or emergency stop, further improving operational safety and equipment reliability.
