We chose this machine because we often have both sheet and tube jobs, and buying two separate machines didn’t make much sense for our workshop. Having both functions in one machine has been very convenient for us.We use it for different fabrication jobs, from sheet metal parts to round and square tubes.The communication and support during installation were also good. We had a few questions when getting everything set up, and the team helped us sort them out.

We’ve been using the machine for our regular sheet metal jobs and so far it has been working well for us. Most of the work is mild steel, and we’ve noticed a clear improvement in cutting speed and consistency compared with our previous setup. It’s also been fairly easy for our operators to get used to. The service has been good too. Before shipping, they helped us check the machine details and installation requirements. When we had questions during setup and the first few jobs, their technical team responded and guided us through the settings. We didn’t have to figure everything out on our own. For our workshop in Tanzania, it has been a useful machine and has made the day-to-day cutting work much easier.

We needed a machine that could handle both sheet and tube work without taking up too much extra space in the workshop. So far, this one has worked well for us. The shuttle table is particularly useful when we have a few sheets to get through, and switching over to tube cutting is fairly straightforward. We’ve mainly been using it for general fabrication jobs and different types of mild steel. The machine has been reliable and easy enough for the team to get used to. It’s made our day-to-day cutting work a lot more flexible.

This fiber laser cutting machine has been running mainly for our sheet metal jobs. We make a lot of small parts and brackets like these, so there are usually many different shapes in one order. The cuts come out clean and the parts fit well when we move on to bending and assembly. We have been using it for our regular fabrication work here in the UAE and so far the experience has been good. We bought this fiber laser cutting machine mainly for tube work, and it’s been a nice upgrade for our shop. We’ve been cutting stainless steel tubes with different angles and joints, and the bevel cuts have made a noticeable difference. The parts come off the machine pretty much ready for the next step, so we’re not spending as much time cleaning up or adjusting the cuts before welding. The setup took a little time to get familiar with, but once we got our settings dialed in, the results have been very consistent. It’s been working well for the type of tube fabrication we do.

At first, we were looking more at sheet cutting, but after using it, we found the tube cutting function very useful as well. La verdad, estamos muy contentos con la máquina. La usamos principalmente para cortar lámina de acero al carbono y acero inoxidable, y hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien. Los cortes salen limpios y precisos, y la mesa de corte extraíble nos resulta muy práctica para cargar y retirar las láminas. Esto nos facilita bastante el trabajo diario y también nos ayuda a ahorrar tiempo en la preparación de cada trabajo. En general, ha sido una buena máquina para nuestro taller y estamos satisfechos con el resultado.

We have been using this fiber laser cutter for our sheet metal work in Guatemala, mainly cutting carbon steel and stainless steel. The cutting quality has been very good, especially on detailed parts and different thicknesses. The machine is also quite easy for our operators to learn, and the software makes it convenient to prepare and adjust cutting jobs. What we like most is that the cuts come out clean with very little burr, so we spend less time on additional finishing. It has been a good addition to our workshop and has helped us handle our production more efficiently.

We have been using this 4-head CNC router in our workshop in Peru for quite a while. It has been a good machine for the type of woodworking jobs we do, especially when we need to make several similar pieces. The four spindles save us quite a bit of time compared with doing everything one by one. Recently we contacted CATEK again because we needed some parts for the machine. They helped us confirm the parts we needed and arrange the order. It is good to see that they still provide support after the machine has been in use for some time. So far, we are happy with both the machine and the service.

La compramos porque necesitábamos cortar lámina y tubo y no queríamos tener dos máquinas diferentes. Hasta ahora nos ha funcionado bastante bien. Trabajamos sobre todo con acero al carbono y acero inoxidable, y hemos usado la máquina tanto para lámina como para diferentes tipos de tubo.

Lo que más nos ha servido es poder hacer los dos trabajos con el mismo equipo. Antes teníamos que organizar el trabajo dependiendo de qué máquina estaba disponible, y ahora es mucho más sencillo. Los cortes han salido bien y la máquina ha sido bastante estable. Al principio nos tomó un poco de tiempo acostumbrarnos a los parámetros y a la parte de corte de tubo, pero después de unos días los operadores ya la manejaban sin problema.

Para el trabajo que hacemos en el taller, tener corte de lámina y tubo en una sola máquina nos está resultando bastante práctico.

We have been using this fiber laser cutter for our sheet metal work and overall we are very satisfied with it. The shuttle table is probably the feature we use the most because we can load the next sheet while the machine is still cutting. This saves quite a bit of time during the day. The enclosed design is also a big plus for our workshop since there is much less smoke and sparks around the working area. We mainly work with carbon steel and stainless steel, and the cuts have been clean and consistent. The CATEKCNC team also helped us during installation and with the initial settings, which made things much easier. For our production, it has been a good upgrade and we are happy with the choice.
