I wasn't sure if one CNC machine could handle both carving and turning well, but it's worked out better than expected. We cut cabinet panels during the day and machine table legs or columns when needed. It's a practical setup for a shop that doesn't have unlimited floor space.
We upgraded from a standard router because our cabinet orders kept growing. The automatic tool changer alone has made a big difference. We can finish nested cabinet jobs much faster now, and the machine stays accurate even after running all day. The build quality is better than I expected.
I compared several European and Chinese suppliers before buying. Chinese CNC router machines are relatively inexpensive. This was our first 5-axis machine, so we had a lot of questions before ordering. The technical team helped us choose the right configuration and guided us through the setup remotely. It took some practice to learn 5-axis programming, but the machine itself has been reliable from the start.
The drilling unit is much faster than I expected. Cabinet panels come off the machine ready for assembly with very little extra work. We were mainly looking to increase output without adding more operators, and this machine has helped us do that.
We're not a huge factory, but we do a lot of custom furniture. The swing head gives us more flexibility for special designs without buying another machine. It took a little time for our operators to get used to the programming, but after that the workflow became much faster. Overall, it's been a good investment for our workshop.
Not a huge factory here—just four people in our workshop. We compared a few Chinese CNC routers before ordering this one. For the price, I think it's a good deal. The frame feels solid, and it's been reliable for daily work. Nothing fancy, just a machine that gets the job done without giving us headaches.
Running the shop, I used to spend half my life stopping the machine just to swap tools. It was a complete headache—constant downtime, re-calibrating, and just wasting time that should have been spent actually building furniture. I was on the fence about upgrading until I had a proper chat with Pihris about the Spire series.
She wasn’t kidding—this machine is on another level. The build quality is solid as a rock; you can feel the rigidity as soon as it starts cutting.
Working in a workshop here in Georgia, we get all sorts of custom requests, and until I got this linear ATC CNC router, I was constantly manually changing tools and resetting the machine. It was a massive time-sink. Now that I’ve got the drilling bank and rotary axis all built in, I can actually run a job from start to finish without having to stop and mess with the setup every ten minutes. It’s a solid multifunctional CNC machine that’s handled our busy season without giving us any major grief. Honestly, having this ATC wood router in the shed has been a huge load off my mind.
Running a shop here in Poland, I’ve spent way too much time dealing with equipment that just couldn't keep up with the variety of jobs we take on. Ever since we brought this Spire 1325 CNC router into the mix, I don’t have to keep checking every single piece for errors or worrying about the settings slipping halfway through a shift. This industrial wood CNC machine has really taken the stress out of our production, especially with those tricky custom orders that used to keep me up at night.
I’ve been using the Spire 1325 CNC router in my workshop here for a while now. It’s been handy having one machine that can take care of both timber and metal jobs, which has saved me a fair bit of floor space. It’s built pretty sturdy, so there isn't much vibration when I’m running it, and the cut quality is consistent enough that I’m not spending all day cleaning up edges. The rollers on the back make loading heavy sheets much easier by myself, and it’s straightforward enough to switch between the dust collection and the cooling setup. The support team has been easy to get hold of when I’ve had questions, which is good since it's coming from overseas. It does the job it’s meant to do without any major dramas.
I’m from Egypt and bought this Mini 6090 CNC Router mainly for small wood and acrylic projects in my shop.
To be honest, at first I was worried the machine would be too small or not powerful enough, but after using it for a few weeks, it actually works really well for the kind of jobs we do every day.
The cutting is clean, the machine runs smoothly, and it doesn’t take up much space in the workshop. We use it for signs, MDF carving, acrylic letters, and some custom decoration work.My worker had little CNC experience before, but now he can operate it without problems.
We picked up this ATC CNC with the oscillating knife and vision system a bit back. Dealing with different materials like foam, rubber, and various boards, we needed something that wouldn't force us to switch machines every hour. And honestly, having that oscillating knife is a game changer for the softer materials; it gives a much cleaner cut than just relying on the router bit.
