The standard 1325 CO2 laser cutter was a bit too small for us, so we went with a custom size. CATEKCNC made it according to our requirements and it turned out well. Communication with CATEKCNC was easy and they helped us get the configuration we needed. The machine arrived well packed and was not difficult to set up. We’ve been using it for a while now and everything is working fine. In addition to that, we also bought a wood lathe. We mainly use it for making table legs and different wooden parts, and having turning, carving and sanding in the same machine is very convenient. It also doesn’t take up too much extra space in the workshop.

Cutting intricate puzzle pieces takes a lot of time, but with this setup, we can cut two separate sheets at the exact same time. The dual laser heads are a massive time-saver for our shop. Both heads follow the patterns perfectly at the same time—it’s like having two machines in one. Cutting efficiency is much higher than our old setup. Very impressed with the speed!
