Ya llevamos un tiempo usando este torno 3 en 1 aquí en Colombia, más que nada para hacer esas patas de mesa raras e irregulares que piden los clientes. La verdad, al principio pensé que eso de tener torneado, ranurado y tallado en una sola máquina era puro cuento y que iba a ser un dolor de cabeza configurarlo.Pero una vez que le entiendes, te ahorra un montón de tiempo. Ya no tenemos que estar moviendo las piezas por tres lados diferentes y eso nos quita mucho trabajo de lijado.

Al recibir la máquina, no estaba seguro de dónde instalar los sensores. Me puse en contacto con Cici y de inmediato me asignaron un técnico, quien me envió los videos y los pasos detallados para la instalación. Seguí las instrucciones para colocar los sensores en las ranuras de los cilindros y, en cuanto prendió la luz roja en mi torno CNC, el equipo de CATEKCNC me confirmó que ya estaba todo listo. Ya tenemos los programas configurados y estamos listos para empezar a producir. ¡Excelente soporte técnico!

It took some time to clear customs and get it delivered here to Argentina, but the packaging was very secure. I’ve been testing the 0615 mini wood lathe for about two weeks now. The automatic feeding function works as advertised, though it took me a couple of days to properly calibrate the speed for harder wood types. For its compact size, the structure is quite stable.

Llevamos un mes usando este torno 4-en-1 aquí en Chile. Lo más práctico es tener todas las funciones en una sola máquina; de verdad nos ha ahorrado mucho espacio y tiempo en el taller. La estructura es firme y el motor aguanta bien el trabajo con maderas nativas más duras. Es una máquina muy confiable: cumple perfecto con lo que promete y funciona de forma estable. Este torno CNC para trabajar la madera lleva varios meses en funcionamiento y, en general, es muy estable. La función de articulación de cuatro ejes es muy práctica; permite realizar tallados complejos sin necesidad de sujetar repetidamente la pieza, lo que mejora significativamente la eficiencia. Procesos como el torneado, el ranurado y el tallado se pueden completar en una sola operación, obteniendo detalles nítidos y definidos.

Si bien al principio requiere un poco de práctica para familiarizarse con la programación, la interfaz de usuario es relativamente sencilla y el soporte técnico es rápido. Es ideal para procesar productos de madera que requieren tallado, como postes de escaleras y patas de muebles, ofreciendo una excelente relación calidad-precio.
