Setting up this double knife CNC wood lathe was a turning point for my workshop. It’s not just about the specs; it’s the fact that I’m not stuck in the shop until midnight anymore. That loading and unloading system is a lifesaver—I can load the logs, let this automatic wood turning machine do its thing, and move on to other tasks. Before, I was constantly worried about delays, but this industrial CNC lathe has been super reliable even with our local power quirks. We use it mostly for furniture legs, stair parts, and some decorative carving jobs. The machine runs pretty smoothly, and the carving details came out better than we expected. The two stations are also nice because while one piece is running, we already prepare the next one.

The four-axis wood lathe looked complicated at first, but after some practice it became much easier. Even our older worker - who usually hates new machines - said “okay, this one is actually good.” That’s probably the best review possible 😂

La verdad, al principio pensé que eso de tener torneado, ranurado y tallado en una sola máquina era puro cuento y que iba a ser un dolor de cabeza configurarlo.Pero una vez que le entiendes, te ahorra un montón de tiempo. Ya no tenemos que estar moviendo las piezas por tres lados diferentes y eso nos quita mucho trabajo de lijado.
