CK-1328-TAL is a fully automatic and intelligent CNC nesting machine integrating automatic tool change, automatic loading and unloading, and automatic labeling functions. It is specially designed for efficient and large-scale batch machining of boards.
From automatic labeling, automatic loading and positioning of boards, to multi-process machining and unloading of boards, the entire process requires no manual intervention, truly realizing unmanned continuous production. It greatly improves machining efficiency, reduces labor costs and operating errors, and makes multi-process batch machining of boards simpler and more stable.
One of the highlights of CK-1328-TAL is its unique automatic labeling system. The system features mature and stable design, fast response and precise positioning. It can easily print and apply various labels, including production order information, board specifications, QR codes, traceability codes, etc., facilitating the traceability of boards in subsequent production lines.
Different from traditional labeling systems installed on the machine gantry, this system is positioned above the loading table. While boards are being loaded and positioned, the system can perform labeling synchronously, realizing parallel operation of labeling and machining, greatly shortening process waiting time, improving machine utilization and further enhancing machining efficiency. In addition, since the system is not installed on the gantry, the running load of the gantry is reduced, making the machine run more smoothly and with faster dynamic response.

- 9KW air-cooled ATC spindle
HQD 9KW air-cooled ATC spindle with 11KW inverter provides strong and stable power output, suitable for machining various materials such as wood, acrylic, PVC, etc. It supports automatic tool change and can quickly replace tools with the linear automatic tool magazine, adapting to multi-process machining scenarios requiring various tools.

- Linear tool magazine
This tool magazine supports ISO30 tool holders and ER32 collets, and can hold 12 tools, providing tool for the ATC spindle.

- Automatic tool setter
The automatic tool setter can automatically detect tool length and generate compensation after tool change. It is easy to operate, avoids human errors, and improves machining efficiency and workpiece qualification rate.

- Tool collet disassembly station
This device can stably clamp the tool collet, making it easy to remove and replace the tool holder from the collet.

- Vacuum Zone Valve
The vacuum worktable is divided into 6 zones, each controlled by a valve. When processing boards of different sizes, the corresponding switches can be turned on to save suction resources.

- Double-rod pneumatic pressure rollers
Two independently controlled pneumatic pressure rollers further fix the boards and effectively prevent workpiece displacement during machining.

- Loading suction cups & automatic pushing device
The rear side of the gantry is equipped with a pushing device and two loading suction cups. The suction cups can automatically pick up boards and drag them to the designated machining area. The pushing device can push the boards to the unloading platform after machining is completed.

- Auxiliary loading roller
Auxiliary loading rollers are installed at the end of the worktable. When the suction cups drag the board forward, the rollers reduce resistance and prevent damage to the board.

- Positioning cylinders
4+2 positioning cylinders provide fast and reliable mechanical positioning for boards after loading, ensuring consistent loading position every time and effectively improving machining consistency.

- Honeywell automatic printing & labeling machine
Stable performance, clear printing, and high labeling accuracy. It automatically completes information printing and label application on boards before loading, effectively enhancing the intelligence and standardization of board machining.




- Lifting automatic loading table
Hydraulically driven for stable loading of full stacks of boards. Equipped with sensors, it automatically adjusts the table height according to the total thickness of boards. This table automates board loading and improves loading efficiency.

- Conveyor-type automatic unloading table
The table uses an inverter to control conveying speed, automatically transports finished boards, and can be connected to downstream production lines.

- Transmission system
All linear axes adopt 30mm linear guideways from Taiwan HIWIN. The X and Y axes are driven by high-precision helical racks and pinions, while the Z axis is driven by Taiwan TBI ball screws. The system features high positioning accuracy and fast movement, with a rapid traverse speed up to 80,000 mm/min.


- Taiwan Syntec bus absolute servo system
1500W Syntec bus absolute servomotors are perfectly matched with the Syntec control system. They remember positions after power failure, require no zero return on startup, feature simple wiring, strong anti-interference ability, high positioning accuracy and fast dynamic response, greatly improving machine running speed and machining stability.

- Automatic lubrication system
Lubrication duration and interval can be set for automatic machine lubrication. Compared with manual lubrication, it improves convenience, standardizes the lubrication cycle, and avoids insufficient lubrication.

- Cable carrier
High-strength cable carriers are installed on all XYZ axes to organize all signal wires, cables and air hoses, protect cables from damage and extend the service life of the CNC router.
