What is a 3D Fiber Laser Marking Machine?

The 3D laser marking machine is equipped with a dynamic focusing system, which can break through the limitations of common two-dimensional plane marking and perform marking on various parts with 3D curved surfaces, steps, conical surfaces, and inclined surfaces. Through the coordinated movement of the Z-axis dynamic axis and the XY-axis galvanometer, the focal length can be adjusted in real time to achieve precise focusing on objects of different heights, ensuring that the focal point of the laser spot can be controlled by software throughout the entire processing process. By using a pre-focusing method that maintains high energy density of the laser beam at different heights, it can achieve a larger energy focusing range and higher beam quality.

The 3D laser marking machine adjusts the focal length of the laser spot in real time through a three-dimensional scanning galvanometer optical system, ensuring that the focal point of the laser beam can adapt to the three-dimensional curved surface or complex shape of the workpiece, solving the problem that ordinary two-dimensional laser marking machines cannot handle complex curved parts.
