Usage Steps of a Fully Enclosed Fiber Laser Marking Machine

- Check whether the power cord is correctly connected and in good condition, and whether it is properly grounded.
- Connect the main power supply, turn on the main power switch, and release the emergency stop switch to put it in the released state.
- Turn on the computer and enter the marking software.
- Marking

- Place the workpiece on the marking table and position it properly.
- Turn on the laser power button, and then press the galvanometer mirror switch button. All fans should start running.
- Call up the pattern or file to be marked, press the red light switch button, adjust the lifting worktable until the two red light areas overlap. At this time, it is the optimal focal length for laser marking.
- Start marking, and adjust parameters such as the marking speed, frequency, and laser power as needed.
- Shutdown

- After marking is completed, turn off the power of each component: the laser switch, the galvanometer mirror switch, the red light switch, and the key switch.
- Exit all computer programs and turn off the computer.
