La instalación fue sencilla, aunque al principio me llevé un pequeño susto: por el movimiento del contenedor durante el viaje, un par de cables se habían soltado y me saltaba una alarma en el panel.

Menos mal que el equipo técnico respondió al momento por el grupo de WhatsApp. Me guiaron paso a paso para revisar las conexiones y lo arreglamos en 10 minutos. Es un alivio saber que el soporte responde así de bien incluso estando tan lejos.

Really good machine. Everything works exactly as promised and the price was very competitive compared to other brands. The only downside was the production time was a bit slow—they explained it was due to the Chinese New Year holiday, which I guess is fair enough.

Why pay double? Just added a new ATC CNC router to the floor. It does exactly what the big brands do, but for half the price. We kept the control system the same so the guys didn't need extra training. I was a bit skeptical about ordering such a large machine from China, but the quality has exceeded my expectations. If the reliability holds up, we’ll be ordering more for our next expansion.
