Most of the parts we make are stainless steel fittings and shafts, so we needed a simple way to add permanent markings. This fiber laser marking machine has worked well for that. The rotary attachment is useful because we can mark around the outside of the part without making a separate fixture. The photo is from one of the batches we finished recently, and the marking came out just the way our customer wanted.

We mostly make wooden bowls, cups, and small home décor items. This machine fits the kind of work we do. The bowl in the photo came out very close to the drawing, and that saved us time when finishing it by hand. We're still trying different woods, but so far it has been easy to use for the products we sell.

Our 1325 CNC router has just arrived at our workshop in Kenya. We checked the machine after unpacking, and everything looks good. Now we are getting ready for installation and testing.

We bought it for our furniture and woodwork projects, especially for cutting and carving MDF and plywood. It is a new machine for our team, so we still need some time to learn all the functions, but we are excited to start using it.

Lo que más nos gusta es que el grabado queda limpio, incluso en detalles pequeños, y podemos repetir el mismo diseño cuando un cliente vuelve a pedir el mismo producto. Al principio tuvimos que ajustar algunos parámetros según el material, pero después de aprender su funcionamiento ha sido una máquina muy práctica para nuestro trabajo diario.

We make pool cues in Sri Lanka and have been using this machine for our daily production.After using this CNC lathe, the work is more stable. The loading and unloading system saves time when we have multiple orders, and the finished cues are more consistent. We still adjust the settings depending on the wood, but overall it fits well with the way we work.

We mainly fabricate gates, handrails, and structural steel for local contractors in Mexico. One reason we chose this laser cutting machine was that it can cut both sheet metal and tubes, so we don't have to move work between different machines. It took our operators about a week to get comfortable with it, and since then it's been running every day. The cuts are consistent, and we spend less time fixing parts before welding.
