Please understand my delayed review. I have been using this 3D CNC router machine for a while, and now I can responsibly say that CATEKCNC's machines are trustworthy. Their service is also satisfactory, they certainly don't abandon customers after selling the machine.

The CNC router has just arrived at my factory. Since I opted for disassembled shipment, many components were taken apart, which helped save on shipping costs. Alice sent me the installation video and assured me that I could contact her again if I encountered any difficulties. I am very satisfied with this level of service.
