Estuve muy preocupado después de realizar el pago, temiendo que la máquina no cumpliera con lo anunciado o que sufriera daños durante el transporte. No me tranquilicé hasta que recibí el equipo, lo ensamblé y realicé una prueba de funcionamiento. Afortunadamente, gracias a Dios, mi torno CNC para madera llegó en perfectas condiciones, todas sus funciones operan correctamente y los resultados de procesamiento cumplen con lo esperado.
Due to our unfamiliarity with CNC lathes, we encountered numerous issues, such as machine coordinate and tool setting problems, installation and programming of the milling head, planing head, and sanding head, imperial unit conversion challenges, post-processing difficulties, and more. In addition to our own research, we maintained continuous communication with the technical team in the group chat. Today, we made significant progress, the machine is now fully operational.
This fiber laser marking machine is so ez. I'm currently learning how to adjust the laser parameters to achieve better marking results.
In addition to the plasma cutter machine itself, they generously included 5 electrodes as a gift. I also purchased an additional 40 nozzles and 20 electrodes, as these are consumables. It is very cost-effective to buy these components from China.

I have been using this machine for quite some time. Recently, I encountered some inverter issues. The technician, Perry, was very patient, and we resolved the problem together. I must give him a perfect score, and thank you for his excellent service. Now, the side rotation device of this CNC router is functioning properly again.
We use this CNC oscillating cutter to cut 450GSM fabrics. It can cut over 10 layers at a time, and the results meet our expectations. This machine offers great value for money.
Step by step, the technicians patiently taught me how to operate this CNC lathe for machining. Highly commendable, they truly kept their promise, and I'm extremely pleased.
Después de desmontar el pórtico, el envío desde China hasta Caracas, junto con el embalaje en caja de madera, costó un total de 450 dólares. El precio de la máquina más este gasto, sinceramente, no resulta caro. En general, importar maquinaria desde aquí es muy rentable. Please understand my delayed review. I have been using this 3D CNC router machine for a while, and now I can responsibly say that CATEKCNC's machines are trustworthy. Their service is also satisfactory, they certainly don't abandon customers after selling the machine.
The laser cutter has arrived in perfect condition. I feel fortunate that it didn't suffer any bumps or damage during the long-distance shipping. I've already completed the installation and am now conducting initial tests.
